My name is Fiona Winderam M.A.R. I am a Reflexologist, Thai Reflexologist, Maternity and Birth Reflexology Practitioner, Infant Massage Instructor and Reiki Practitioner.

I came to Reflexology after many years of chronic Migraine that wasn’t improving with the help of conventional medicine. In 2005 I started on the road to gaining my advanced practitioner Diploma from the Association of Reflexology and since then I have enhanced that knowledge by adding other therapies and specialities to my portfolio.
Like I did, you may suffer from Migraine or you may have issues with Anxiety; Stress; Insomnia and Sleep or Digestive disorders brought on by today’s life style.

I also work out of The Brookdale Clinic in Knutsford which is easily accessible from Manchester and South Cheshire, the M56 and M6 are only 10mins away by road.
