For as long as I can remember I have always had a curiosity, natural instinct and empathy for working with and looking at how, as human beings, we interlink and relate to each other; how and what provides us with the tools we use to develop and create our environment and quality of life; and alongside this a natural enthusiasm for sharing my understanding with others.
My work involves bringing together any or all of the specific tools I have available to me, whether that is Homeopathic remedies, flower essences, colours, Embodied Therapeutic work or Shamanism - to me they can flow and interlink together depending on the needs of the individual client.

I also run workshops on Embodied Shamanism and the qualities of the deep Feminine in Goddess Workshops.
