Massage soothes troubles, releases knotted
muscles, leaves you relaxed, calm, with a wonderful sense of
well-being, energised and invigorated.
A centuries-old therapy for specific problems, regular massage
can also improve many areas you may not be aware of, including
muscle & skin tone, joints, circulation, digestion & immune
system. It balances the body, both physically and mentally,
complementing and aiding your performance in any sport or daily
activity – your therapist’s knowledge of the specific physical
issues arising from activities such as riding, running, golf,
racquet sports, driving, even ironing, helps keep you pain-free
and at your very best.
Massage is also suitable for alleviating pain and stress
associated with conditions such as arthritis, and is very
helpful following any bone, muscle or tendon injury or
orthopaedic surgery – your therapist will work alongside and
follow on from physiotherapy.
