Fear...
The only way to abolish fear is to face it.
Only by facing it, can you truly see that
there was nothing to fear.
Fear disables constructive and logical
thoughts. It isn't possible to 'do what you should do, or want to do'
whilst fear is attached to the actions you must undertake.
The only thing to fear is fear itself.
When you are afraid, you need to find the
courage to do what you want to do, when the only thing stopping you is
your fear.
Your fear is stopping you from feeling at
peace with yourself.
Your fear is stopping you from having what your heart
desires.
Your fear is preventing you from being the best person you can
be.
Fears manifest at all kinds of levels,
but involves a physical limitation and an emotional limitation.
The fear is an emotional limitation, which prevents you from doing
something physically.
Facing your fear means you have to stop
running from what you truly want, and stop, turn and actually see past the
fear to what COULD be. How losing the fear will stop you hiding from
yourself and actually start opening up doors for you, and help you to feel
better about yourself.
Strength is something you choose.
Facing our fears helps when we are
fully informed. If you need to research, seek legal advice, or just
compassionate advice, do so. We can't bake a cake without knowing what
ingredients we need, therefore if you are fearful about doing something,
seek the answers that you need.
Another good way to help us
overcome fears is by hypnotherapy. This works well for many people.
